The 939 6-eye boot is one of the earliest boots to march off the DM’s production line, and it’s been a mainstay since the 60s. This rework has been re-engineered with weatherproof innovations to make the colder months easier. The boot is reinforced against the rain with water-resistant Tailgate leather and our Dry Wair membrane, with a Warm Wair lining to keep out the cold. The sole is elevated with Grip Wair for enhanced traction and secured with black welt stitching for an all-black appearance. The upper is detailed with matte black trims and reflective laces. Finished with a DM’s yellow and black heel loop. Tailgate is a water-resistant full-grain leather with a waxy finish. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam. Dry Wair is a highly breathable yet waterproof membrane that locks out moisture while allowing feet to breathe. Our unique hybrid Grip Wair sole design provides extra traction on slippery surfaces.
